The MTN Fintech Internship Programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in one of Africa’s leading digital and financial technology environments. Interns will support various functions across the Fintech business, including digital payments, mobile money, product development, operations, and customer engagement. The programme is designed to provide hands-on exposure, mentorship, and professional development, equipping interns with the skills and knowledge to build a successful career in the fintech and digital finance sector.

The ideal candidate must have:

• 1-3 years of experience from a graduate or internship program.
• At least 65% for their Tertiary Qualification (Degree, Honours or Masters)
• Work rights in South Africa
• Completed their qualification on or before December 2024.
