About the Future Leaders Programme
Through the programme, you will be offered a permanent position and all the benefits of a full-time employee at Capitec. Minimum requirements
• A bachelor’s degree (minimum) obtained no later than 15 January 2025
• You must have 2 years’ working experience or less, post studies
• You must have a minimum grade average of 60%
• Must be a South African citizen (with a 13-digit SA ID number)
• Must have a clear credit and criminal record
• Willing to be based in the Western Cape (Bellville/Stellenbosch) and/or Gauteng (Sandton/Johannesburg)
