About RMB Graduate Programme 2025

THE RMB GRADUATE PROGRAMME:

The RMB Graduate Programme was established in 2007 to develop and nurture young talent and create a pipeline of leaders in the bank. The Programme has since enabled many graduates to kick-start their working careers and grow them into senior roles within RMB.

Make an impact with your STEM degree by diving into real-world projects from day one. Receive unparalleled professional development and build a network with industry leader.

Who are we looking for?

If you are a well-rounded individual, a lateral thinker who pushes boundaries and has excelled in various aspects of life – in academics, culture or sport – you should apply.

If you are currently completing a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, RMB may be for you.

Please note that the RMB Graduate Programme is based in Sandton, Johannesburg, and is open to South African citizens only. If you’re from elsewhere in Africa and wish to apply for a graduate position, the FNB careers website has similar opportunities to explore.
