Corporate culture develops from a commonly held set of values which drive acceptable behaviours and discourage unacceptable behaviours. We have worked hard to define our culture and the values, which are outlined below.
Our values are in part aspirational; they are designed to stretch us, requiring us to do more rather than less. They need to guide our behaviours and be entrenched in our day–to-day activities.
